Lisette was fantastic and really helped us choose and select best options for a 4 person holiday in Miami in late February. After looking at several other options we went for Miami because of better flight and hotel choices. Lisette helped us through the various options which ended in the best choice for our hotel and travel requirements. Final confirmation took a little while but all good in the end. Lisette was always available on the phone or via text to talk through issues as they arose. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and her company. Graham

In January we travelled to Mexico to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were guided through the whole process of choosing country and resort by Lisette Julio-Quinn at Not Just Travel. The outcome of her advice was a fantastic holiday which satisfied all the requirements we first put before Lisette. Everything went entirely to plan: from the taxi which picked us up at the airport down to the location of our room at the resort and the Anniversary pack received on arrival. The hotel was part of a complex of 4 hotels and the one we were in exactly suited our requirements which would not have been met at the others. The hotel was really superb and the whole trip was excellent value for money.

Lisette and Liam helped me to search a suitable holiday taking in a river cruise. They were very helpful and thorough in searching for a suitable one to meet my needs as well as those of my travel companion. All was booked, including suitable flights, but sadly it was cancelled due to Covid19. Lisette then dealt with all the arrangements to obtain refunds and it wasn't long before monies were returned, saving us a lot of potential problems. I'm hoping to arrange something similar in the coming year and will not hesitate in seeking Lisette and or Liam's advice. It was invaluable.

Great service with a personal touch
I am so relieved to have made my holiday booking with Lisette Julio-Quinn at Not Just Travel earlier this year. Due to go in August 2020 we wanted to move this holiday to 2021 regardless of government recommendations.

Lisette was great, no questions, no reluctance she got onto the hotel and airline and moved the holiday back 12 months free of charge, with no fuss and a new booking confirmation followed in email.
Lisette was really helpful in finding my family the right cruise, My 5 year old son has a very serious condition so finding something suitable was no easy feat. A very thoughtful and professional service and I would highly recommend.
